Answer each reason your application was turned down, add a document if it helps, and send it back for review.

Who can register, and what it costs

One category per application. You pay the registration fee once, then renew every year to stay eligible for grading and events.

Player

For students and competitors training at an affiliated dojang.

Register as a referee

Already a member? Use the same form to add another category and keep your registration number, or renew your membership. Fees can be paid online or by UPI or bank transfer.

How registration works

It is all online and takes about ten minutes. Keep your Aadhaar number, your mobile and your documents with you.

Start registration

  1. Verify your mobile

    Enter your Aadhaar number and type in the code sent to your phone.

  2. Note your enrolment number

    It is issued straight away. Use it to track the application.

  3. Fill in and pay

    Category, address, documents, then the fee. Nothing is charged before this.

  4. Review

    The association checks your documents and payment, usually in a few working days.

  5. Registration number

    Issued on approval, with a member pass valid for one year.

Membership is valid for one year from the day it is approved.

Turned down? You do not start again. Reapply after 30 days with your enrolment number and explain how each reason has been sorted out.

A rejected application is refunded, so the fee is paid again when you reapply. Refund policy
